In addition to becoming counseled on the problems over, he/she obtained counseling on the following: (1) that conduct for which he/she has become counseled may well lead to punishment less than Report 15, UCMJ, court docket-martial, or adverse action including bar of reenlistment, suspension of favorable actions (advertising, retention, educational
